Hey guys! I hope you're all having a great day. I'm currently sat in a café in Nueva Andalucia, sipping on a cool glass of water and listening to James Bay's 'Hold Back The River', which is one seriously good song. I wanted to share some slightly different images with you today. I'm pretty boring when it comes to my makeup - I'm generally more of a clothes and handbags kinda' gal. However, the day of this shoot, I randomly took out my eyeliner to do my usual cat-eye liner and somehow this slightly more eccentric version of the popularised liner look happened. It's definitely not something I could see myself wearing on a daily basis, especially considering that I like to keep my makeup to a minimum in the run up to summer, but I quite like how it turned out.
I think it's so important to test ourselves, and to step out of our comfort zones every once in a while, and so this was quite a refreshing step. I decided to give all the photos a black and white effect, emphasising the drama of the cat-eye. This black faux-fur cardigan has been one of my favourite staples these past few months, and the wonderful thing is how practical it is for every season; not too heavy and not too light. I paired it with a simple pair of black Vila Jeans and my favourite BCBGeneration heels, accessorising with a gorgeous iClothing box lace clutch. Hope you like it!
